Every idle field in this corner of Rutherford County is halfway to a cedar brake. Volunteer cedar, privet and blackberry take a pasture out of production faster than most owners expect, and once the stems thicken, bush hogging cannot bring it back. Mulching can: we grind the takeover in place, leave the ground mowable, and the cut cedar stays cut.
Fence rows get the same treatment — cleared back to a clean corridor so old wire can be found, pulled or refenced, and field edges pushed back to the actual line. The acreage you get back is acreage you already own; clearing it is cheaper than buying it again in usable form.
